Banjo bolts

Our range of banjo bolts features banjo bolts in compliance with DIN 7643, double banjo bolts for 2 banjo pipe unions as well as customised banjo bolts. To produce them, we only use crack-tested machining steels (11SMn30+C, 11SMnPb30+C), ETG, heat-treatable steels (C35, C45) and stainless steels (1.4305, 1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4571). We also make banjo bolts in seawater-resistant grade from CuSn8 or 1.4404.

We are pleased to meet any requirements specified by the customer, such as thread coatings, inclusion of filter strainers or specifications on residual soiling.

Our range of banjo bolts is manufactured in our high-performance production facilities. In-production PLC testing is a key criterion of our quality assurance regime. We also guarantee retraceability back to the starting material by separating batches.
