Hose lines

We manufacture ready-to-install hoses in line with the customer's specific demands on the hose material. Our expertise also covers solutions for the automotive industry, such as fuel lines and low-pressure hoses. We process plastic hosing in compliance with DIN 73379, PA piping in compliance with DIN 73378 and DIN 74324, also heat-fixed, as well as PTFE hose. The steel and stainless-steel connections are also manufactured in-house. Our products undergo a 100-% leakage test.

We manufacture complete, ready-to-connect hose solutions for low-pressure applications and fuels using:

  • hose material to DIN 73379 and DIN EN 6806
  • polyamide tube PA 11 and PA 12 to DIN 73378 and 74324

Turned parts are produced using machining steel, brass, aluminium, heat-treatable steel and stainless steel. We process piping made from:

  • Steel in accordance with DIN EN 10305
  • Stainless steel in accordance with DIN EN 17455-17458
  • Brass and copper in accordance with DIN EN 12449
  • Aluminium in accordance with DIN EN 573 and 754
